big boobs, no bras!

Why is it because I have big boobs, I have to pay more for a decent bra, but there are never enough nice looking ones that fit? I have fancy bras which cost a fortune, but at the moment I am looking for a plain seam free t-shirt bra in a DD. Is that too much to ask for? Well obviously it is as I can't find any anywhere!! Considering the average size of the British woman is now a 16, do companies really think they are all going to have AA boobs? And why is it when you do find a simple no seams bra, it looks like your gran would be wearing it rather than the 24 years I actually am? I'm a size 12 with DD's and I can't find anything to fit properly. Am I completely abnormal? Considering most of my friends are about the same, give or take a few inches, I wouldn't think so. And why the hell should I pay more for a bit of material and some wire, when there is actually nothing I can do about the size of my boobs? I found some lovely t-shirt bras in Marks and Spencers for abround £9, but when I checked the sizes they only went up to D cup. When I found the DD section I was impressed by the 'nice' bras, but when I found the one and only 'seam free' bra, it was twice as expensive, and looked like a sling shot for boulders with industrial strength straps. This look may be hidden under a nice fitted top, but I know it's there, and so will my boyfriend at the end of the day. I have seen simple bras for bigger sizes before which look quite nice, but they all belong in 'special' catalogues, or specialist web sites and cost the earth. I don't think anyone in the office I work in actually has less than a DD cup. Are we all just mutants? Is that what these companies are trying to tell us? It really is absolutely appauling.
