Hmmm! Do you use your boobs for anything? Like getting special favors, or free stuff? Do you flash them at others or wear low cut shirts and show them off? Then you are using them for something, but if you wear blouses that is buttoned up to the neck, and are like stop looking at my boobs, my eyes are up here. Well that would be a waste of your natural talent. Honestly, most guys just like breasts in general. Small ones. Big ones... It's more about the quality than the quantity. I've known women with very small breasts who were sexy as hell. I've known women with large breasts who were, too. In fact, one of the biggest regrets of my slightly younger years is not having tried to be more than friends with a woman who happened to have a 40D bra size. Also, people who say things like "Those boobs are a waste" are probably not worth your time. I am wracking my brain and can't think of any circumstance in which I would utter words like that, and I just can't come up with anything. I'm sure you're cute. Pretty. Maybe even hot.
