bidzs a bit shady

I won a bid on bidzs .com and they wouldnt let me pay of the item I feel this was very unfair because I won it on a very low bid. Listing price of 13000.00 dollars amd I won it on a 33.00 dollar bid. they have no recalection of this. So sorry so if you go to bidz.com be wary of their auction buyer beware!
