beware!!!! records registry lie about refund!

I joined recordsregistry.com recently and it stated that if you were not fully satisfied with their product they would refund the membership no questions asked. I was not happy with the site as it had nothing for the UK and was really for people living in the USA. I have e-mailed them many times requesting my money back and I have not even had one reply from them. I think it is very rude and not very profestional of them to totally ignore a customer. I would recomend that no one living in the UK waste their hard earned cash with this company. Come to think of it why should anyone waste their money with this cowboy set up!
