on my verizon bill appears a toll distance carrier telecircuit usbi collect fees for these people 1-8778353247.my spouse asked them to cancel because my spouse put my long distanc back to verizon they still are charging ater I cancelled there is something not right with these people and the rude and arrogante worm of a man name fernando twisted my spouses words claiming she said she worked for the fcc and claimed her to be a liar in fact he gave her the run around and denies ever telling her to call back the next day.numerous times no address,no e-mail just a phone number. when someone offers to switch to to their service because most likely they are not legit.
