Beware instawares

This company has the WORST management. God forbid they make a mistake on your order - they dont even give you a full refund back! Whether your mistake or theirs, you still haev to pay shipping.. which may sound petty but when it is $60 and then they charge a restocking fee it hurts! I have had to call them back 6 times within the past 10 days. My average hold time to wait to even speak to someone was 20 min. And when I was told to call and speak to a supervisor, they kept putting me on hold and then told me that there was noone available. I left a message for a manager on Wednesday the 27th and she still has not gotten back to me. Go somewhere else! Save yourself the trouble...
