Model BC-1607C Betty Crocker toaster cool touch 2 slice with defrost and cancel buttons.Brand new August 18 2006 now Oct 20 2006 it will only toast one side of each slice no matter which side of the toaster is used.Tried their 1-877 number with no response.no website found to complain.I'm not a happy comsumer.
