I JUST WANTED A STORE CREDIT TO BUY MORE MERCHANDISE. THE PRODUCT I WAS RETURNING WAS UNOPENED AND SAME MODEL WAS STILL ON THE SHELF. EMAIL SENT TO COMPLAINTS.COM AND RELATED WEBSITES. ALSO EMAIL SENT TO 142,000 PEOPLE IN FORTUNE 500 COMPANY. I WILL CONTINUE TO SEND THIS EMAIL TO THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE VIA FRIENDS WORKING FOR OTHER FORTUNE 500 COMPANIES. I PURCHASED TWO DYNEX PORTABLE DVD BATTERIES MODEL DX-NI101 AND THE SALES PERSON SAID I COULD RETURN IF UNOPENED. I TRIED TO RETURN THEM (UNOPENED) AND WAS GOING TO BUY A NEW STEREO WITH THE REFUND. THE SERVICE MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE ME STORE CREDIT. I AM SENDING THIS EMAIL TO AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE INCLUDING 142,000 PEOPLE IN MY COMPANY VIA A MASTER EMAIL LIST BECAUSE BESTBUY'S DOES NOT STAND UP TO ITS NAME AND I RECOMMEND EVERYBODY TO SHOP ELESWHERE.
