Best Man?

I just told my best friend that I would not be his best man at his wedding which is in 3 weeks. I dont support the wedding b/c he's gay and trying to validate himself to his family & parents. He's already had engraved gfts and announcements printed with my name on them. I feel awful waiting so long to do this, but when it came down to the wire I don;t feel as though I can suport him in his sham marriage.
