I purchased a laptop from Best Buy and I have had problems with it from day 1! I also purchased the top warrenty plan that has done nothing for me. Everytime I call to try and get information on the replacement of my laptop no one has nay information for me! They have no problem selling you the $500 warrenty but when it comes time to replace a product they make you wait for weeks on end with NO ANSWERS! The holidays are coming and Best Buy is the LAST PLACE that I will be shopping for my electronics!!
