Ipurchased a best buy 'platinum ' warranty on my laptop which guarantees a 7 day turnaround on repairs. Iam into my 6 th week and no laptop. These are the worst guys and company I have dealt with ever. Lots of others are in the same boat. I am surprised a class action suit hasn't been filed against them. They offered to refund the difference on the platinum versus regular warranty and i said that would be like the insurance company your premium back when you die and not paying the policy amount. Any one else mad at these guys?
