I purchased 2 Toshiba Lap Tops at Best Buy and extended warranty on each one. As soon as we got home and turned them on my wife's sounded like it had Terminator inside it,. We took it back to Best Buy and they said they wiped the memory. We got it home a week later and same thing., We took it back 4 more times and they claimed to have replaced the hard drive etc..; we have all paper work, and it never worked. Our extended warranty was thru Best Buy I called Toshiba because I noticed we had a one year warranty with Toshiba. Toshiba informed us that Best Buy was not telling us the truth about repairs because if they where repairing my lap top Toshiba would have a record of it because they pay Best Buy back for all repairs. I sent my lap top into Toshiba and it cam back the same broken lap top. I now am out of my Toshiba Warranty and Best Buy is worthless. I went into Best Buy and told them to fix it this time or I am going to court because I need my lap top for business and the manager said 'You said the C word, we do not say the C word in here.' He then had me escorted out of the store and not allowed back in for saying the C word. I am out a total of $3500 and taking Best buy to Court would be David verses Goliath so I am just buying stickers for cars that say ' If you see this vehicle in Best Buy Parking Lot flatten all four tires.
