Had these idiots install the XM radio I bought from them. Charged be $100 and it took 3 hours when they said it would take 45 minutes. In the process they broke the blen motor on the air conditioning unit buy attaching cable ties to a moving part. The repair cost me $155 and they (BEST BUY) refused to reinbuse me. They are a horrible company to deal with. I think the installer was drunk.
