Being ripped off by companies

I ordered sponges for a faux paint job, from Florida Natural Sponges a company in the Tampa, FL area. I ordered and they took the money on August 22, 2006. I had to write them three times about a shipping date. They finally arrived September 27, 2006 there ws2 sponges stuffed in a plain brown envelope about 5x7 in size and the postage was .52 cents they charged me $4.90 postage and handeling. What a rip off. then the sponges were not as I expected I could have bought better at home depot at least I could have seen what I was getting. Then they shorted me one sponge. I warn don't do business with this company unless you are looking for a place to get ripped off and disapointed. A wary comsumer.
