What about people who are born with reproductive issues and cannot have children...? That isn't natural either if the main purpose is to reproduce. Obviously nature does not expel a fetus simply because it is not "fit" to reproduce. There are enough people on this planet that having few people in the population who cannot reproduce does not matter...and nature knows it.
