Lowes employees are understaffed in their departments and underpaid because of unreasonable and unattainable budgets. We sell and make some of our check by making budget on sales. Lowes has made our budget unattainable. Employees are doing the work of three or more because theyre cutting hours on part timers. Customers dont understand or should they why you cant get to them fast enough. We need some kind of help or someone to complain loud enough for the home office to hear.
