Our flights to Seville were cancelled by Ryan Air. They promised to refund our fares (£376.40) within 7 days but have not done so. They have had our money for almost 5 months now. They don't respond to faxes. They don't answer the telephone and have not even acknowledged a letter for which they had to sign on receipt.
