Bearshare sucks

I downloaded Bearshare last week thinking it was going to be $24 for 2 years of unlimited downloads, but it came out to $51.97 after I finalized the purchase. I felt cheated. Not only that the software doesn't even work on my computer! Anybody else have a complaint about this?
