Beachbody.com 20100 South Vermont Ave Torrance, CA 90502 I saw an infomercial about the Turbo Jam exercise DVD's. I called the contact number and ordered the product. I was on the phone for several minutes and unable to complete the transaction due to the fact that the representative was asking me to purchase additional products. Apparently I agreed to sign up for a free 30 day on line service, and would need to call a certain number during the 30 day time frame or I would be billed a certain weekly fee. I was placing the order while on vacation, and in a different province. I returned home a few weeks later. At no time, did I ever access the on line service. I received my credit card statement one month later and was billed an additional $47.84 US for this on line “service”. I will take responsibility for apparently agreeing to this service although I do not recall agreeing to pay for it. I guess I would have appreciated an email telling me that the free on line “service” was expiring and that Beachbody would begin charging me a weekly fee. I contacted the company on September 30, 2006 to discuss this matter. At that point, I would have owed $12.00(for services never utilized). I was informed that I was required to pay this bill, and that they bill quarterly. I contacted them again on November 2, 2006, attempting to resolve this matter. They seem quite satisfied in taking my money without my understanding, and without providing any service. I called Beachbody in good faith and happily paid for the product I ordered. I greatly resent paying for a service I did not ask for and I want all consumers to be very aware of Beachbody's efforts to take people's money for services not requested nor utilized.
