Booked in B&B paid by credit card. When we got there they put the price up by £10. If we had turned away they would have still charged us as they had all the credit card data ink written in a ledger. When we got to our room it was disgusting,the bathroom fittings all had cracks and large dents in the fitments. The dado rail had not had a duster on it since it was put up. The duvet covers were faded. The only good practice was the cotton sheets were laundered. What can or could we do?
