Kohls Department in O'Fallon/St. Peters, Mo. store on Hwy K advertize a sale showing great shoes on sale. Last month and this month. Both times I have gone over there the day of the sale first thing in the morning and only to find the have the sample shoe on sale, but only 2 or 3 boxes on the shelf and of course not my size. Today was a 1 day sale at 50% off with an additional 15% off for seniors, I ran over there again and sure enough, the same 3 boxes were on the shelf. I talked to the manager and he said we can only sell what it sent to us. I told him that was Bate and switch. They get people in the store with the ad and we end up buying something else since what we want isn't there. Then I said lets look at the other shoes on sale, and I started checking and found the same problem. The manager walked away. There should be a law that when a store advertizes a certain item or shoe on sale, they should have at least 10 pairs of each size on the shelf. I have just wasted my time going to Kohls. I will not return.
