Poor service is what I am getting from Baseball Express....Order at your own risk....MAKE SURE THE PRODUCT YOU RECEIVE IS THE ONE YOU ORDERED AND THAT IT IS NOT DAMAGED. If it is damaged make sure to call in and get it refunded, haha, if they don't rip you off, and/or replaced immediately! Take names, record the dates you spoke with them, save receipts and keep on their tails till they resolve the issue. They are still holding over two hundred dollars of my money and have lied to me from the beginning about how to get the money back! Now they claim they never received the bat back and won't return my money for another two days till they have time to research the issue!!!! WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY there are a lot of other online sports stores don't bother with this one!
