Barrow Furniture in Pelam Al is not standing by a warranty on a chair that I brought from them. The chair was a La-Z-Boy chair by the name of Alexvale. Barrows of Pelam Al told me that they couldn't do anything because that particular company had gone out of business! The fact of the matter is that they sold me a chair that still has a warranty on the frame and construction on it and I have in writing on a tag that came on the chair. I told the boss of Barrow's that I would never shop in his store again and he proceeded to tell me that was my privledge.In other words he wanted my business at the time,but could care less about any future business.I guess we all know the saying.... Hurt me once same on you,but hurt me twice same on me.I don't think I need to go back. I hope that I can help someone else not to make the same mistake because we all work too hard for our money.
