Barred for what

Was shopping at a Zellers store in sydney when a relative of mine was busy shop lifting in the same store at the same time, she was caught and I was not anywhere near here but because she was related to me and in passing we spoke to each other the store clown, sorry I mean store security barred me as well.........any advise would be appreciated...
