Barrats!!!!

We are planning to buy a property, however now it seems Barrats own the property as the lasy owners part-exchanged their home for a new Barrats home. From Day 1 they have hastled us to use their solicitors and their mortgage advisors. They then informed us they wanted to complete in 3 weeks, so we all got moving on the promise of a £3000 reduction off the asking price. Got to the day before after considerable sweat, tears and financial loss on our side(hopefully compensated by the£3,000 only to be told it wouldn't happen for the date set !!! Bully boy tactics and very pushy. Only had their own interests at heart.
