Barking Dog

I've been dealing with my neighbors barking dog for almost 3 years! The police, the DA, and nothing gets done. It's maddening! If you've ever had this problem or have read about it on some internet sites you'll understand that it's practically impossible to resolve. The cards are stacked against the victim. Statistic show that an unbelievable amount of murders and assaults are commited due to chronic noise nuisances. Also, many dogs are killed (poisoned) by neighbors because they really have no other recourse. I'm not advocating any of these things but I can sure understand why they happen.
