Banks not fair

I have a checking account at Inwood Bank for 10 years. They changed their practicesand did not tell their customers.This means that they hold my husbands payroll check for 4 days. this means that I had a turn check and was charged for a return 28$ even fee. This bank can not be trusted . I am going to change banks . If you can not a bank who can you trust?
