Citizens bank has wrongfully taken over 1200$$ from me and my family. We tried to work with the bank and they decided to push us off. They REFUSED to work with us in our local branch they decided to push us off to a branch clear across the state to another branch. We realized the account was over by no more then a hundred dollars> Thats when we proceeded to try to work with the bank. they kept chargeing outragous fee's and not explaining any of them. A bank teller clearly lied to us about money being in there to cover certian fee's that were pending the next day we checked out the acount and they charged us 111$$ in overdraft fee's. they have charged so many fee's wrongfully and refuse to give a reason why. they keep pushing us off and not returning our calls, being extreamly rude, and yelling at us over the phone. All in all citizens bank in our opinion STOLE alot of money from a family that is struggleing as it is. Due to all these charges we are not able to pay our mortgage and or car payment> Citizens bank knowingly put a family of 5 with 3 young kids out on the street.
