bank rip off

BARCLAYS BANK have a policy to rip people off by charging overdraught fees and referral fees ie a cheque cleared in my account on the same day as a standing order became payable but BARCLAYS say that because my cheque was not cleared the DAY BEFORE then they are in their right to charge me. This is day light robbery, if the money is in my account on the day that it is to be payed out then no charge should be payable, why should it have to be in the day before. As long as it is in credit the day money is to come out then it should be paid and incur no charges. Any working day is during the time that a shop/bank or whatever is open, not 24 hours before.
