Bank Of America for MBNA users totally sucks

I've been trying to access my detailed credit card account information on bank of america's website for over a week now. I used to rely on the MBNA website to update my current charges and they always did an amazing job of that....but this new Bank of America site totally sucks. I thought this merger was supposed to improve our customer service.
