BEWARE of Bank of America! They send out 'low interest' credit card offers, then when you have the card, if you are one day late(even if it is their electronic payment site)they charge you $39.00 late fees, then raise your low interest rate 7.99% to 32.24% Under the new credit card laws this is legal. SO beware this is just a new version on the old 'Bait and switch game'! Bank of America will put you into financial ruin if you allow them. DO NOT TAKE THIS CARD. Bank of America will also switch your checking account type without consulting you or asking your permission to change. The bank then can charge you as much as $20.00 processing fees. WATCH YOUR STATEMENTS.
