Bank of America recently had a glitch in their system with a 7-11 Store. Changes came in that were over 2 months old and I had $140 in charges. They reversed that, then promptly laid another charge on me for a non-BoA account inquiry charge that was also quite dated. When I called to complain the guy who answered the phone. was less than helpful. At least the first two guys tried somewhat. I said if the card is cancelled this should not be allowed. I could see that if I had talked to this man the charges would not have been reversed. Their customer service is spotty and I believe that women are not given the same courtesy as men.
