I ordered a Rolling Stones t-shirt from Backstreet International Merchandise Ltd. They gave me a delivery timescale, which came & went (as did the concert I'd ordered it for), so I rang & cancelled the order. They emailed confirmation I would not be charged, then went ahead and debited my card. I complained, it took me a week to get them to refund my money & they refuse to give me anything to compensate me for those 8 days the money was in their account instead of mine, or to compensate me for the trouble they've put me to trying to get the matter sorted.
