I gave Bally's a deposit of over $200 for amenities, they weren't used. Bally's said the funds were released on July 31. On August 4,my credit card co. informed me that there was STILL a 13 day hold on my funds. Bally's is insisting that they released it. I the meantime, I don't have acces to my own money. I'm pissed!
