On 23-Aug-2006 I was searching several web sites attempting to purchase some CPR training Manikins and came across a web site www.denoyer.com. I found the manikin I was looking for on there site and called the number to there business to purchase some of these manikins. When I reached there sales department I was informed the price had gone up around 800% from the advertised price which I would also like to add at this time that there site proudly boasts NO SUPRISES! Well I would say this was one heck of a surprise. They also stated that prices were locked and would not be raised on there web site. Well that was a lie too. I proudly write this complaint to let everyone know about these practices by this company. Jeff Ancil
