Bad Unit

Was told that only one unit was available when trying 13 months in advance to make reservations and that would be a three bedroom penthouse. Not so!! we were on the 14th floor of South Tower at Seawatch Plantation, Myrtle Beach and while we had three bedrooms I have never seen such filth. My ice maker did not work - had to be replaced - coffee pot would not work - had to be replaced. Carpet had burn marks and was so filthy I did not want to walk on it without shoes. Furniture was very dirty. Dining room table was in such bad shap you could not slide anything across it. We did not have anywhere to put our groceries. If you need three bedrooms which we upgraded to you need to do some cooking. While there I tried to get a three bedroom for next year in June and was told that they only had one unit and it was not at seawatch. I went ahead and reserved two bedroom and tried to get a one bedroom unit and pay for the extra points it would take and was not allowed to do this. We upgraded our contract so that we would have 3 bedrooms. We heard complaints galore while we were ther for the week. The unit above us had a lady crying on the balcomy and would not talk to anyone until she cound gain control. A man on the elevator would not unpack anything until housekeeping came and cleaned his unit. The elevators kept getting stuck. I am really discouraged about our contract not.
