bad tile job

i hired a carpet and tile store to tile my kitchen and bathroom and they started the job by working 2 hours a day then we ran out of tile and the owner of the store said i was tiling things that should not be tiled and that was not true. after we started to run out he told his crew to go by lowes a pick up some cheap tile that did not even match my tile, i refused to let them install it and now no crew has shown up for a week and no word from the carpet store or owner, beware of carpet stores selling tile.
