You can still be forgiven bcuz Jesus died for ALL your sins! There is nothing you have done that God cannot forgive. There is hope for all in Jesus Christ. As it says in 1 Tim 1:15 …Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners—of whom I am the worst. John 3:16 - 18a… "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18Whoever believes in him is not condemned. Rom 6:23 …For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in [ a] Christ Jesus our Lord. Rom 10:9-11…That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame. As the prison guard asked the Apostle Paul (Acts 16:31 )…” "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" They replied, "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved Acts 4:12 … Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved." Start reading the Bible in the Gospel of John. You will feel forgiven after your done reading it. As you read it ask God to help you understand it and ask Him to forgive you.

You shouldn't have done with your sister like that.

If you ever read the new testament of the Bible, you would know that ALL your sins are forgiven the second you go to God and feel your remorse. Stop you're bad thoughts, change your behavior, ask for forgiveness. And then talk to your sister and tell her how wrong and sorry you are. All will be okay. Just make it as right as possible and move forward doing no harm
