Bad service, bad food

Bad service topped by bad food at Citizen Kane's restaurant, Kirkwood MO. Wait staff lethargic and uninterested, management non-existent (we asked). Cheesy decor and all-around bad experience. For the money, go somewhere else; has to be better than this.
