bad service at the doctors reception desk

i recently made a visit to the doctors surgery at fishburn stockton ontees sedgfield region for depresion as i came in iwanted to check the time on the card it wasnt spelt right as the 3 looked like a 5 (typical slap dash nhs attidude ) as i stood there for 5 mins at the reception desk three 4 women simply ignored me totaly i thought i was the invisible man when they finnaly asked after standing there like a muppet i said about time ive been ther e over five mins and you didnt even have the curtosy to ask can i help you which should be common practice a woman called meg got very angry and said we where busy i feel very angry but sat down she said id be asked to leave if i got upset haha so much for nhs care its nice to khow you realy are cared for in the uk,,,,,
