Bad service

I have a complain about my bank. I had a stroke and could not pay my credit card account, which was insured when I filed a claim againt the insurance co. they refused to pay. , the card was thru my bank , I cannot get my checks , I ordered them three times, then it was the statements, then some one was taking money out of my account. I did not get statements I didnit know what was being taken out. My bank is US Bank, in Conway . Arkansas
