November 20th, 2006 Dear: Olive Grove Management & Staff, This weekend November 18th 2006 I and a host of family and friends made reservations to dine at Olive Grove to celebrate my son 2nd birthday. We have eaten there before, and of all places we choose the Olive Grove. I knew the Olive Grove was the perfect choice because of the setting and the atmosphere from the last time we dined there. Come to find out the perfect choice was wrong. The experience from this weekend was incredibly horrible. I'd rather had spent my money at a restaurant where I don't like the food than to have spent it at your establishment. NEVER AGAIN will I dine here! From the service to the waiter (MONI) to the management none of them had customer service skills. They were completely unprofessional. We asked for bread sticks for the table in the mean time so we could look and see what we all wanted to order. Moni is going to tell us no we are unable to have the bread stick before we order. How absurd is that? My party was not sited in full and a woman short very hippy and thick glasses (not sure of her name) came over to me and in a very rude way to me if my party was not here in 15 minutes than she was going to take the other table away, because they are very busy. To add insult to injury the waiter Moni is going to tell me that we can not share food. The party all order food and paid so it should be of no concern what we do with the food. The waiter interjected in our conversations at the table when he was not spoken to. I ask it professional to count the money in front of the customers, by this time we all just wanted to pay and dismiss ourselves from this restaurant to never to return. It took our waiter 20 minutes to return with proper charge amount and giving our charge cards back. If I had to rate you on my experience I received from the Oliver Grove this would over shadow the previous experience I've had from this restaurant. I would not recommend you to any others I would denigrate Olive Grove. It only takes one to ruin and run a name thru the trash. Well guess what, congratulations Olive Grove deserves it. The impact from Saturday's dinner was like no other. I hope this letter will put into perspective what your customers are feeling. That commit is not just for me. While this conflict was going on I'm quite sure management or perhaps the service or waiters persuaded other customers not to return to this establishment due to the disruptive scenes causing a disturbance. In Utter Disgust, Theresa Pack
