Best Buy has salesmen? I tried to get help when looking for a television and all the salesmen were busy watching football and not willing to help me. I wrote the company, and I got a 'form letter' saying they were sorry and hopes to not loose my business. The worst part is that the store I was in was right down the street from their Headquarters in Mn.
