Bad S. FL Roofer!

Had a very bad experience with a very unprofessional roofing company. Jesse Nelson Roofing at 2710 S. Park Rd. in Hallandale Beach South Florida. The secretary is very rude when you call, they never return phone calls, they lie to there own salesmen about having obtained permits. They promised to return my deposit after failing to initiate work by the time specified on the contract but they never did. Every time I called they would promise and stall until I showed up on there doorstep. When they finally returned my deposit it was minus a $500.00 cancellation fee that was never discussed throughout various phone conversations and nowhere to be found in the contract. I'm now taking legal action. Beware...Florida is already full of unscrupulous contractors, don't get stung by this one!!!!
