bad return policy and bad product

Bought something for my business costing $1100 from futurememories.com. It broke in two weeks, they replaced it. Broke again three months later, and they say it's out of the warranty period, so too bad. Keep in mind, it's the same problem both times and acknowledged by the distributor to be defective.
