Bad Retailer

I purchased a Canon printer from this company called Phase Logic Ltd, When it arrived it was faulty so I notified them straight away and asked for a replacement or refund. They have so far sent me emails stating that they refuse to help me in any way and that I will not be getting a refund. I was advised to return the faulty printer to them on a good will basis by my credit card issuer, so now I Have no printer and they are still refusing to give me my money back. They won't answer my emails or letters and hang up on me if I call them. This company breaks all the laws of fair trading and consumer rights, they are only interested in taking you money and won't do anything if things go wrong. Avoid them like the plague.....even if they are a few pounds cheaper!
