Bad Quality

I bought a DVD & CD storage unit from All Multimedia Storage. I looked at the testimonials and they were all very complimentary. I found out that is bogus because when I tried to add one, there is no way to do it! It took forever to get the unit and when it came it was damaged. The company is telling me I have to pay return shipping. I have contacted my credit card company because this is ridiculous. I will also contact the BBB & Attorney General. BAD COMPANY! Don't buy anything from them!
