bad pool construction

Platinum pools in Southlake, TX built an ingound pool for us and everything you can imagine that could go wrong has. From wrong demisions, to bad drains, to bad mother boards, to bad cool crete, to numerous leaks, cracks and crushed french drains and destroying our entire back yard grass because they did not use plywood when bringing in the equipment to dig the pool. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and now the pool company refuses to speak to me even though we have a lifetime warrant with them. I am at a loss and don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?
