bad motor

I bought a new 2004 Suzuki outboard motor with a 3 year warranty when the engine failed to start I went to the dealer and afteraSuzuki represetative looked at the pictures of the motor he said it was water in the fuel tank a mechanic said for that much damage that it was impossible Suzuki will not honor the warranty ther was a problem with this motor when I first used it, the impellar had to be replaced.
