Bad Kenmore

I have a BAD Kenmore refrigerator, it hammers several times a day, had repair men out 6 times and they hear it but, cannot find it. It is just under a year old, but, now they have dragged it out until it is out of warranty. I would not reccommend Kenmore to anyone, especially refrigerators.
